Television programming today is full of it…mindless, dull, and unimaginative filler designed seemingly to occupy airspace in between commercials. Yes, we have reached an age where endorsements provide more entertainment value than the programming in which they were meant to accompany. If you close your eyes and listen carefully, you may just hear a dirge playing in the background as the credits roll; a sad vestige of the loss of minutes from your life you will never gain back.
That is not to say that a few rare gems don’t exist, but can you honestly remember the last show you watched that was able to reach into the depths of your psyche and stimulate your senses?
